EV Charging Estimator puts common charging questions in one browser-based calculator: how much charge a session will add, how long it takes to reach a target, and how different chargers compare.
How It Works
Choose a vehicle and charging assumptions, then explore Level 1, Level 2, or DC fast-charging scenarios. The calculator estimates energy, battery percentage, added range, and cost. Advanced controls cover efficiency, DC taper, usable battery capacity, winter reduction, and reserve buffer.
Using It
Open the live calculator without installing anything. Settings are saved in your browser’s local storage. Results are estimates based on the selected assumptions rather than a prediction for every vehicle or charging session.
Technology
A static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript application hosted on GitHub Pages, with an optional Chart.js visualization.
